A path statement is like this:

PATH=C:\BIN;D:\FOO;C:\BAR (etc.)

Also, for many program's usage, you should have both a TEMP and TMP
environmental variable set to a scratch directory that exists:

SET TMP=C:\TEMP
SET TEMP=C:\TEMP
