Could be that your BBS Setup is Packing your QWK packet with ARJ...    Can you 
Manualy Unzip the *.QWK packet ie   PKUNZIP *.QWK    If you get an Error there 
it may be the BBS setup

Just had the Exact same thing happen here with a User using Bluewave..  He had 
his setup in the BBS Mail Door set to ARJ  and only PKUNZIP was Configed in his 
Bluewave Setup.
