Dunno, but the use of long (VFAT) filenames like "Program Files" suggests a possibility. What version of PKZIP are you using, and what is the path to the packets? PKZIP 2.04g, which is (regrettably) still widespread, predates VFAT and doesn't understand the long filenames. I believe PKZIP 2.50 and later do understand them, but I'm not certain. In any case, I personally recommend using InfoZip instead of PKZIP.
