I tried to paste to here, but it only shows the highlighted line shifted to the right by two characters. If I cursor the highlight to the next line, it too will be shifted to the right. This alone, I could live with, but for example, when I save a message to text and want to edit the field, the edits actually occur one characters *right* from where it should be, and during deletion, the trailing character remains as an artifact. I just did another experiment, and if I <- back> into the text on the "Save As" prompt, I'll end up some eight or nine characters left of where I should be. After I cancelled the save, the following numbers remained on the text of the message I was about to save in red bg, and yellow or orange fg text. *********************** amd see if the errors one card gives me go away... 123456 anyway... *********************** Notice the parent directory date: **** ~/mmail/down, by time Packet Size Date <..> Feb 13 00:20 GYPSY .QWK.2 119548 Feb 12 16:56 GYPSY .QWK.1 12774 Feb 10 01:17 GYPSY .QWK.0 1009908 Feb 08 14:48 GYPSY .QWK 94038 Feb 05 11:12 **** Here's another example.
