There's no standard method in QWK, which is one reason why the built-in Add/Drop functionality in MultiMail is limited to just that. I don't know about Wildcat offhand, sorry. You could try adding a number (or a negative number, like "-50" to include the last 50 messages) after "ADD " in the subject of the control message, but I wouldn't bet on it working.
