MultiMail's Windows program uses Info-Zip as a default, as opposed to PKware. If you want to use Info-Zip, it can be downloaded at the following: http://www.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/ It's a freeware version of pkunzip and pkzip. Your configuration file should look something like this: c:\MultiMail directory\unzip -joLq c:\MultiMail directory\zip -jkq If you are using Pkware, it is best to use version 2.04g.
