Just a quick note to apoligise for being quiet lately...

Muggans here did something stupid... volunteered for something. In this case 
volunteered to take my daughter up to visit my parents ... Came home with a 38 
hour old untreated broken ankle. Father just thought it was a sprain & just 
strapped it - once... 

OK I was slightly to blame by not noticing something was wrong untilsome 15+ 
hours -after- taking the kid bushwalking. But having had weak ankles for the 
past few decades I didn't notice anyting until it'd gotten a "little" more 
painful than what I was used to...

Anyway it's taken me a while to confortablely sit at the keyboard for two 
reasons. When the foot's been properly elevated, it's bloody painful when I put 
it down - if I don't elevate it it doesn't hurt so much... 2ndly my arms are so 
sore from the thrice cursed cruches that I've gotta sit in a funny position 
(anti- support ankle) so I can use the keyboard confortably...

Silly really.
