An official announcement, if you will.

Rachel Akers is the official co-moderator of this echo as of this announcement.

Heavy Metal, the former moderator, is moderator emeritus and has the authority 
to act as a moderator if the situation requires it.

I will update the echo listing to reflect this change in the echo as soon as 
possible.
