                      Occult Chat Echo Rules

  Do NOT be annoying.

        Annoying behavior includes;
             Flames (even in jest),
             Proselytizing,
             Preaching,
             Attempts to convert,
             Debunking the beliefs of others,
             Airing of somebodies "Dirty Laundry",
             or otherwise cramming your beliefs down
             the throats of others in any way, shape,
             or form.

  Do NOT be easily annoyed.

  Do NOT post commercial advertisements, foul language, promotion of
  illegal acts, idle chat, hate mail, or singles ads in the echo.

  This echo is for the general discussion of The Occult, whether it
  be Wiccan, Shamanic, Buddhist, Islamic, or even Christian.

  We are NOT here to argue which path is best, or to proselytize,
  we ARE here to SHARE, and enjoy.

  Although the Religious aspects of The Occult are indeed important,
  they are not the primary focus of this echo.

  The religious aspects of Magick (as used by Wiccans, etc.) are
  regarded as being ON TOPIC, as Magick is (to some) an integral
  part of The Occult.  For the general uses of Magick, please visit
  our sister echo, MAGICK.

   If you have (or come across) something that you think *MIGHT* fit
  the echo topic, please send it to the Moderator(s) via e-mail for a
  YEA or NAY.

  Remember...BE FRIENDLY, we're here to learn.

  DO respect the Moderator's decisions and take any conflicts to
  either Netmail, or to e-mail.

  DO, at ALL times, remember to post only ON-TOPIC general discussions
  of The Occult and related matters.

  COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT:

         All complaints are to be sent to the Moderator(s) either
        by standard Netmail, or via e-mail.

        Should the Moderator(s) receive a complaint about an
        echo participant, the offender (with cc: to the Sysop(s)
        of the system(s) they gain access to this echo with) will
        receive a total of 1 (one) semi-polite request to cease
        their annoying behavior.  A second complaint will earn
        the offender (along with cc:) loss of access privilege
        to this echo.
