I was hoping that someone might have some experience with such pple & if they had advice in how to deal with such a conflicting paradime. This friend's neighbour is a classic "toxic neighbour syndrome" & the witchy stuff is just one of a number of stupid irritating things she's tried. Like I said before lighting the candles near where she tossed kero on his garden is a serious situation. IMHO she's a crackpot who needs her medication raised (preferablely to toxic levels ).
