That statement in itself is hateful and "judgemental",  in assuming false
things about her 
motivation. Now, her common sense in her over-persistent tactics can surely
be questioned, but 
the person who wrote this article is petty and bigoted against Christians,
and falsely accuses.

Actually, the person is only half-right. Various CATHOLIC traditions have
their roots in 
paganism, but not those of Christianity.
