Internalized oppression.... 
hails from the words, "you  must..."
Be like "us"
Not be like "them"
Listen to your elders and betters
Do what you're told
Never speak your truth, only the truth "we" tell you
Never believe in your inherent worth; it is only through doing (what we do,
what is "acceptable", what is "correct", etc.) that you may have merit.
Not see what you think you see
See a psychiatrist if you hear the voice of God/dess/es
Always be pleasant
Never give anyone room to think ill of you/ criticize you...because "you"
are a reflection of "us"
Not give your opinion, it doesn't matter
Not enjoy your body, nor anyone else's.
Not stand out
Not think....
