No, it's definitely not that simple.

Your easiest way would be to make a tape backup and then restore - after 
rebuilding the server boot drive {C:} properly.

An alternate is to use SBACKUP - but that's _much_ messier, and would require 3 
drives - your existing one, one to copy it to, and one to restore it to.
