I'm not certain.  He was having problems with his connection to this echo and I 
relisted at one point when the listing had expired.  After that, I volunteered 
to keep it elisted until he solved his problems.  It seemed as if I saw fewer 
and fewer messages from him.

Given the level of activity in this echo didn't seem to require much 
moderation, I've been content to let matters drift.

If anyone is interested in becoming moderator, I would be happy to either keep 
the echo list updated or to turn over the echolist password.
