The Adaptec is easy enough to configure. I do keep having visions of a 225gb RAID5 array. The Adaptec UDMA RAID card and four IBM 75gb UDMA drives. About $3,000US for all. BTW, the APC UPS was the apparent culprit on my 5:30am server reboots. I moved the UPS to another machine and now it has the problem.
