I opend a dos window in OS/2 and run that command
is there another way?

I run Novel 4.11 on one server and Novell's tcp and Intranetware
and Netware 5 on another server
that could be where your problem is.
The BBS runs on OS/2 and the  other computers run Windows 98 se
and Windows 2000
