Subj : OS/2 comp.com and Netware Volumes

I've run into a nasty glitch with OS/2's comp.com. 

I tried comparing a couple of files on a Netware volume in a DOS window
and got this error message:

        Incorrect internal file identifier.

Anybody have any idea what's going on?
