     I know that it exists... I have seen it done. There is a method to reset
all passwords on a Novel System (at least on 3.3) using all 10 fingers on
particular keys. In the instance I witnessed it, it was regarding a situation
in which a company was going through "legal problems" and basically they
company trying to gain access to the file server advised Novell and their
technicians that if they didn't want to be subpeoned into doing it, then they
would need to assist. 
     After numerous Non-Disclosure agreements etc... Novell gave the company
the information on doing it. Unfortunatley... the company for which I currently
work has lost this valuable piece of information over the last 10 years...
