This part I can believe...since they can block the sale of WTC souvenirs when 
they deem it politically incorrect.

This part I don't.  They may threaten to sue to those who scare easily, but I 
seriously doubt they've hauled an individual into court over selling their 
legitate used copy...much less won a case.  They have no legal right to force a 
customer to keep one of their products he wants to dump.
