I very much prefer to have a dedicated server. Users messing with a system that 
other users rely on is something i don't like. Further, windows hasn't proven 
the stability to me that i want. I haven't seen my linux-server go down since i 
installed it some 3 years ago. The same goes for the novell server, which was 
installed in 1994 if i'm right.
