IF the financial software is "keyed" to the serial number of the Novell server, then you will have to make other arraingments to make it work after you take Novell off-line. I have some applications that my company uses that is like this, and so, even though there is no one logging onto the 3.12 server, it has to stay on-line, or the 500,000.00 software does not work.
