Nope, the default LS runs when there is no USER LS present. After the system LS
it will still process the default LS. The way to counter this in Netware 3.x 
was
to either have an "almost empty" USER LS for every user or to have an exit
statement at the end of the system LS.

Right, neither did 3.12. The default LS is build into the login program and my
first Netware server was a 3.12 server. I never heard a "fire phasers" command
without putting it in there myself.
