Well, you can either boot to DOS and run an intensive memory checker - take the RAM out of the Netware box, put it into a Linux box, and try to compile a kernel on the Linux box {that gives RAM a _flogging_}, or do it the old fashioned way - by swapping a piece out at a time, and seeing if the problem persists.
