Short answer: You can't.

Slightly longer answer: Purchase and install Netware IP - I'm not sure if it 
allows mapping drives over IP, but it adds a LOT of IP connectivity to Netware 
4.x.

If you want to run a normal client using only IP, your only option is to 
upgrade to Netware 5.
