They were from the time when I was acting as an assistant to Bob Satti and was sent copies of correspondence in a couple of cases. Some of the others were in an archive that was set up for the benefit of the RC/NCs and should be around some systems still. Basically, Bob Satti didn't believe in complaints based on echomail content unless there was clear evidence that deliberate attempts were being made to be excessively annoying. Nor did he consider uuencoding as encryption since the utilities to uudecode messages were commonly available. IM> þþ Can I kill my users? What?
