The thread of discussion was about how _some_ Sysops intentionally 
_misinterpret_ Policy in order to selectively bounce mail that they 
don't want to transport for whatever reason. This _is_ currently a 
problem on FidoNet (and has been ever since I've been a Fido 
participant) and this is the section of Policy which is always cited 
when it happens.

If you can't be bothered to follow the thread then please do not bother 
to reply to it.

Hm. People from Zone 3 are normally a lot more polite than this.

You know that "encoded" does not mean "encrypted". I know that "encoded" 
does not mean "encrypted". Leonard knows that "encoded" does not mean 
"encrypted". We all know the difference between "encoded" and 
"encrypted"!

_I_ was attempting to be helpful. You, on the other hand, seem to have 
no other motivation than to be argumentative. I certainly no longer 
believe that you have never heard of this problem in the past. If you 
can't be polite in your replies then I would appreciate that you not 
reply at all.
