Phew. Where do you want to start?

If you're happy with your current IPX environment, then it's not so bad - you 
just leave it alone.

If, however, you want to go pure IP, or even partially pure IP - then it starts 
to get ugly. You need gateway servers and a whole slew of new bits to make it 
work.

Comes down to what you want, I guess.
