Assuming the binderies are in some form of useable condition - do a web search 
for a utility called "burglar.nlm" - it is a program you can run from the 
console to create a supervisor equivalent account which you can logon under, 
and run bindfix.

If not, obtain professional help.

A CNE can hack your drive using an appropriate sector editor, and remove the 
binderies - but this is NOT, absolutely NOT something recommended for the faint 
hearted.

It can result in total data loss, and an absolutely irrecoverable drive if done 
incorrectly.
