I found the Article on Junos home page the other day, thanks for telling me 
about it.

My computers are turned OFF when I ain't using them. PLUS I don't believe their 
plan will work with Juno 1.49 & Win3.1 that I use on this machine.     ;-)

To stay on topic, the other day I checked to see what version of Netscape was 
the latest for Win3.1 and found it to be 16-bit 4.08.
