I also have the 16-bit NS 4.08 and W3.1 on this computer but haven't been able 
to use it since FreeWWWeb quit in August 2000.

If I would pay for an account with a local ISP I could still use 4.08 on this 
machine, but right now I'd rather be cheap and use NetZero and JunoWeb on my 
other W95 machine with NS 4.75.

Glad to see another die hard W3.1 user is out there. At least you now know you 
are not alone.
