Having many difficulties useing my favorite browser/reader
in my new CompUSA 533 Work Series with Win 98se and only
1 GB used of the 8GB hard drive. Starting with the v4.04
Netscape that came bundled with the box would only bootup
a blank full page "Account Profile" and die there.
Uninstalled it without incident.

So after several "resumes" useing the "Smart Download"  I
finally downloaded a complete "cc_32d476.exe" copy of the
more familar version 4.76 Communicator from Netscape.COM

When I ran it to install the Communicator an Error 2 Dialog
box reported "Decompression of % failed. There may not be
enough free disk space available in the TEMP directory"

Tried again after deleting all the junk in the \TEMP
folder but now the installation haults about half way
through the "InstallShield Self-extracting. EXE" function
complaining, "Could not create destination file
C:\WINDOWS\~IS_CMPX"""""

Help please (save me from the horrors of M/S IE 5.0 8-(
