Support for multiple POP3 and IMAP email accounts, as well as an ability to
download mail from AOL mail accounts.

Integrated Instant Messenger software (useful for keeping in touch with a
whole load of people who have AOL accounts - although I don't).

I also like the integrated Search facility in "My Sidebar" (that sounds a
little too much like Microsoft's "My Computer" though).

I do agree however, that there a few issues to be addressed.
