 I believe that's exactly right----I've never figured out how to get
 Netscape to 'hang up' on exit (have to pop up the little DUN icon
 and manually disconnect).  IE will do it but I prefer NS.  I'm pretty
 sure it's a deliberate ploy by M$oft. :-(
