Go to Edit/Preferences/Mail & Newsgroups

(click on the + box if it is there,)

Click on Mail Servers

Look at Outgoing Mail Server (about half way down in the middle.)

Outgoing mail server should be something like:

smtp.myserver.com (The first bit is usually something like "mail", "smtp", 
"smtpmail")

You will also need to set your Outgoing user name as well.

In your case it will be your Redhotant account name etc.
