The moderator thinks your message is definately ON TOPIC and we all run into
those sites that won't let you do something if you don't have the Microsoft
product, or the newest version of either product.  Shoot I still run
Netscape 3.0 as my main browser since I like it.  Although I do have a 4.08
version for those sites who require it.  Since I'm still running Win3.1 on a
DOS machine I'm limited to how high a version I can use and sometimes I have
to boot up my Win98 computer just to call a particular site and I think its
a new form of discrimination.  If you don't use their product and the newest
version you're penalized and I don't think its right.

But one thing naughty words are not allowed in here but we can all figure
out what they would be. :)
