 No reason not to upgrade to 4.08 Communicator that has
 a HTML editor with tools, if you've 47 Megs. HD space to spare.
 I only have a 14,400 modem so I just started the download,
 closed Netscape and the download continued until complete
 than it hung up while I slept.
 I haven't used Composer extensively but have played with it,
 it's pretty cool.  I've used both DUT 3.01 and all of the 4.0
 series, some are not stable, 4.08 is.
