The West Coast of the US seems to be in a Bit of Trouble with the amount of 
Power we need, and a Lack of Generation units avalable...

Are Other parts of the world also seeing this Problem?  And if so, Any Ideas on 
how to deal with it?  Not like I can shut down the BBS.. Its a 24/7 Setup.. but 
the Monitor is off unless Iam here reading / Working on it.
