That, is ground breaking news and far reaching in scope! Makes sense if you think about it (and maybe this signals that there is some actual intelligence in the RIAA). Why fight what cannot be beat? Have the ISP's add a new level of service to their products, one that includes a licensing fee similar to an eMusic fee, or a Napster fee, then let the subscribers take care of their own distribution.
