I mean, I paid nearly $50 for all of the CDs, so I don't think that was illegal. Still, it's nice having all of those CDs on a single CD... HC> As any fan of timeless rock and roll would. I have a wide variety in tastes, but I was allowed (I was raised in a fairly strict household) to listen to Billy Joel, Huey Lewis and the News, et al., when I was growing up, so the music also has special meaning. For example, "This Is The Time" has more of a bittersweet taste to it for me. At the time, my girlfriend and I had broken up and I was heartbroken. My parents took me and my sisters to visit our grandparents who lived in Pacific City, Oregon-a very, very tiny town of 100 people (really!) that is on the northern coast of Oregon. The northern coast is very rocky, desolate... that evening when we arrived, I walked alone to the beach (across the street) and up this huge hill to the top where I was nestled in between the wind-swept trees. I watched the sunset, listening to a local radio station and that song came on, reminding me of the lost love. I sat there, listening, thinking about her. It's something that is forever etched in my memory and that's one of the reasons I bought the whole collection. But that song was really the reason why I got it. HC> And besides that he is one of the few timeless rockers that is still HC> going. Yep. Bruce Springsteen is a favorite of mine too.
