What is what? Mea Culpa? it is Latin, it means My Fault, and yes i was badly 
over educated in my secendary school days.

I doubt it, it is baicly just a glorified infomercial for "The Hermitage" in 
russia which was shot in one take on the shortest day of the Northern 
Hemisphere year.
