According to Jim Yoakum's "Non-Inflatable Monty Python TV Companion":

"Sharp eyes will notice that the topless girl at the newsagent, Cecile Mould, 
is the same one who performs the sped-up striptease in episode 11." (p. 52)

I believe there's a mention of her somewhere as having been Ian MacNaughton's 
girlfriend at the time of filming, but I honestly can't be bothered to find it 
right now.
