No (original) songs really stood out. You know the kind, the ones where you are humming them two hours later. Sure, you have 'Knights o/t Round Table" and "Always Look On the Bright Side of Life" but thats really it. Im sure when you "see" the show... instead of just listening to it... it makes more sense and it all ties together. I _AM_ looking forward to this show making it to the Los Angeles area (i believe its in Chicago presently)... and i _WILL_ be getting tickets. But my very first impression of the music, although VERY musical theatre, VERY Broadway, was less than impressive. I Love Tim Curry (plays "King Arthur") -- great baritone voice and fantastic actor -- but his vocals werent that strong, kinda weak. Nothing like his Rocky Horror days (yes, i understand that was 30 years ago and voices change over time). Have any of you bought the CD or have heard the music yet? And your thoughts.
