If you are not speaking about the deadly joke but about the two episodes made 
in Germany:
Yes, twice already. (I'm working on a list of these things, so far it is at

*Both episodes are on a region 2 + 4 Australian DVD
*region 1 A&E: Monty Python Live! has the first German episode and
Life of Python the second.
