According to a website called Aussie News and Views the UN Human Rights 
Commission was
given this 4 to now 8% Iraqi kid starvation figure by one Prof. Jean Ziegler. 
Ziegler got the info from the highly leftist Falo Institute in Norway. Three 
years ago, when Saddam was still running Iraq, the UN's Unicef reported around 
25% of all kids in Iraq were starving!
