Whatever" I'm probably the only one in the world who likes the Rutles 2, but I'm not ashamed! It does have good stuff going for it... * Robin Williams raving about screaming penises! * Funny outtakes, such as the alternate scene with Rikki and Neil getting beaned with apples; plus, we finally get the scene of the girls hiding in the hotel room! * Catherine O'Hara as Astro Glide - "Ja, ze balls!" * Exploding elementary schools! * A funny joke about "Schindler's List"...and from a Jewish comedian, none the less! * A somewhat decent attempt to dub 'Easy Listening' over 'Living In Hope'! * Better 'wrong location' gags! * More of Bill Murray the K going crazy! * The 'Why Don't We Do It In The Road' scene! (The full-length version in the DVD special features is much better though.) * Billy Connolly ripping on the Rutles! Well, to be fair, I'm pissed about a couple things too... * The changing stories, such as Barry's wedding, Arthur Sultan, etc. * Awkward musical cues, such as "Shangri-La" in place of 'Piggy In The Middle'. * Stolen Monty Python jokes - the funny last name gag, and the rival documentary hosts. * The mysterious changing of the name of Eric's character from Brian Fowl to Melvin Hall. I wonder something though - considering they have a good day's worth of footage of "Tragical History Tour", what say Eric edits it into its own movie?? I mean, we'd actually have one of the *original* Rutles films, and the possibility to do it is there!!
