Apart from those: I was, and still am, a big fan of C's work, and I'm interested in seeing anything she appeared in. I've tracked down a lot of her obscure films on video and DVD, and "All I Want..." is the most obscure of all. Part of it was also the thrill of the search. I'm a reference librarian by profession, specializing in the performing arts: I look things up and find things out, and so I took it as a challenge to find this film, if I could. Unfortunately, my work has taught me that not all questions have answers, and that some things are buried too deeply to be found. I think my colleague at the British Film Institute was right, and the film had been discarded. If the rights were unclear, then nobody would have had any economic incentive to keep it. The one review I saw gave "All I Want..." a right panning, so it seems unlikely that somebody would've kept it with the idea of possibly making money with it sometime in the future. I was hoping the film would be in storage at some lab somewhere, and that I could pick up the rights in exchange for paying the processing bill (as happened, IIRC, with "Plan Nine From Outer Space") but that doesn't seem likely to happen. Naturally, I'd welcome any further leads that anyone might have, and hope that somebody, somewhere, might donate a surviving print (if any exist) to the BFI or other archive.
