After I learned the answer here, I read the sketch to her from the book and she got it before I got to "I didn't expect...P. Thanks to all. Now I have another one: there's a sketch which I seem to recall takes place at a reception of some sort. Two men are trying to make each other look bad in front of a third man who apparently is a VIP. The sketch ends when one man tells the VIP that so-and-so says that "you're like a dose of the clap."
