Subj : Re: Spamalot review, Chicago 2Jan 2005 To : Todd H. From : Tony Laundrie Date : Wed Jan 05 2005 10:41 am From: "Tony Laundrie" I saw Monty Python's Spamalot December 23 and loved it! Lots of surprises and funny twists. For those who are interested, the important parts of the Playbill program are shown below (spoiler -- do not read unless you have seen the show to maintain the element of surprise). My only real complaints were that they didn't play that catchy intermission music during intermission, and I think "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life" should have been sung by prisoners hanging from chains in Camelot's basement. Read more about the show at http://montypythonsspamalot.com One of the new songs is available at that web site: http://www.montypythonsspamalot.com/HighBand/NotYetDead.mp3 (1.2mb). There are funnier songs in the show, so be sure to buy tickets and order the cast CD before somebody turns you into a newt! ----- Playbill Program for "Spamalot" December 23, 2004, Chicago THE SHUBERT THEATRE A Nederlander Organization & Clear Channel Entertainment Theatre operated by BROADWAY IN CHICAGO Lou Raizin, President Suzanne Bizer, Vice President Eileen LaCario, Vice President Boyett Ostar Productions The Shubert Organization Arielle Tepper Stephanie McClelland/Lawrence Horowitz Elan V.
