In a way, yes.

The use of layered images and strange animations is similar to Gilliam's work 
for the show and some of the puzzles have vaguely similar elements to various 
Monty python point & click games.

Overall, it's five minutes of well created, bizarre, fun.

Or longer, if you sit and wait instead of frantically clicking everything that 
appears on screen.
