I'm going to post the CUE sheets I created here.  Hopefully they will be able 
to save some people some time who have this box set and want to easily divide 
the tracks up as you would expect them to be.

You need a program that supports splitting a WAV file using a CUE file.
  For Windows I would recommend a free program called Exact Audio Copy.
  It can rip from your CD to WAV, split the WAV using a CUE file and
also compress the split wav files into MP3 if that is one of your goals.

You could also burn the split wav files back to a CD-R and store your original 
for safe keeping giving you the ability to skip to any sketch you want on the 
CD-R which you can't do with the original.

All you need is to save these as CUE files (ex. Another Monty Python Record Pt. 
1.cue).  You will see that the name of the WAV file is on the third line...just 
make sure it matches the name of the WAV file to be split.
